Project summary
The company was assessing its future strategy and IT charging platform provider to determine the best fit for upcoming needs. The project had two main tracks:
- Running a comprehensive RFP process, which involved gathering and prioritizing initial requirements.
- Designing the integration of this platform within the broader EV charging ecosystem, including internal company operations, partnerships, and existing and future hardware.
How we helped
The Rechargers provided support to the company throughout the entire project, starting with the RFI, where we gathered and defined requirements. We then drafted the RFP and conducted vendor interviews and clarifications. Additionally, we provided support for gap analysis and TCO calculation.
The final deliverables included:
- An extensive report detailing the recommended vendor selection, identified gaps, major risks, and a high-level plan for project execution.
- A strategy outlining the future application landscape across the company.
