The Rechargers is a niche consulting firm specialized in EV charging platform implementation and integration projects. To grow further, we are looking for a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful leadership and completion of complex projects within set timelines and budgets. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives. You should be able to develop clear project plans, manage resources effectively, and proactively identify and address risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, and resources.
  • Coordinate team members and ensure effective communication amongst all parties involved.
  • Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Identify risks and implement measures to control and mitigate or exploit them.
  • Report progress to senior management and other identified stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful project implementation and meet customer expectations.

Your Profile:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager (4 to 8 years).
  • You have a university degree supplemented with a background in business analysis, functional analysis, or software development.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience with project management tools and different methodologies.
